 Robert C. Schaller is the Chief Executive Officer of Indiana Security Services, Inc. Mr. Schaller is a well respected and highly decorated former Chicago Police Officer. He is the winner of the Police Medal of Valor, Blue Star Award, Chicago Tribune Police Award, Chicago Sun-Times Police Award, WGN Television’s Officer of the Month, and the prestigious Lambert Tree Carter-Harrison Award from the City of Chicago. He was also featured on the national television series "Top Cops". Mr. Schaller founded Illinois Security Services, Inc. in 1984 and oversees all operations at all four divisions of the firm.
 James R. Fleming is the President of Indiana Security Services, Inc. Jim is a retired police officer and started with ISS in 1988. As President Jim oversees all day-to-day operations as well as implements the development of protocols and customization of each account of Indiana Security Services, Inc.
 John Crivellone is a former Orland Hills, Illinois Police Officer and a top graduate from Cook County, Illinois Deputy Sheriffs Academy. He worked for the Cook County Sheriffs Court Services Division for a number of years before getting into private security work. John has worked in the private security field in a variety of capacities before joining Indiana Security Services, Inc. as the Director of Marketing and Sales. John is a graduate of St. Rita High School and possesses a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Chicago State University. He has also attended several security training schools including, John E Read and Associates and Southern Illinois University terrorism classes.
